 Nathan John Feuerstein (born March 30 1991) is known as his initials NF (stylized as IF), is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer. Two EPs were released by the artist I'm free (2012) [3and an EP that was self-titled in 2014. He signed with Capitol CMG. Mansion was his first major label release. His second album, Therapy Session, was released on April 22, 2016 and peaked at the number 12 spot on the US Billboard 200. The albums have garnered numerous accolades, some of which include the Gospel Music Association Dove Award for Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year (Therapy Session).NF achieved mainstream popularity in 2017 with the release of Perception. the album charted at number one in the United States and was certified platinum. Its third single, "Let You Down" was ranked at number 12 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, and was a top ten international hit. Similar commercial success was also achieved by The Search (2019). Feuerstein stated that, during his youth, rap music was his escape. He would record music on the karaoke machine, recording instrumentals on one mic and rapping on the other. Feuerstein independently released Moments the album that was the first of his studio album, on the 29th of November, 2010. He released his first single, "Alone", on August 2nd, 2011. Brooke Griffith and Tommee Profitt were the song's composers and producers. Xist Music was attracted to Feuerstein's work in 2012. The 2nd of May, 2012 Feuerstein released his debut extended version of I'm Free that included production work from Profitt. The tracklist contained nine songs that included "Alone". The EP also included the exclusive version of "Alone" featuring Sean Simmonds. Xist had been talked about their self-titled extended play, NF. But Feuerstein quit his contract with the label and the release of NF was delayed. NF included a track, "Only One", featuring Shuree, Williams, on the label's compilation album, Move Vol 1 He released a single, "Beautiful Addiction", on the 4th of November in 2013. The track again featured an appearance from Profitt and also the voices of Brady Schmitz and Danielle Swift.
