Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born October 4, 1979, is an American actress. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also part of the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker and former stand-up comedian, and JoAnn, a cooking instructor and weaver. Cook is part Italian. Cook was able to make her public service announcement while in foster care when she was seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model by the age 10 and appeared on national ads for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
